~ Biography ~ SHAY GIBSON was born in Lake Mary, Florida. Her father is a Sherriff for Orange county and her mother works for a prominent attorney in Orlando, Florida. She has been singing, acting and dancing ever since she can remember, and by the time she was 15 years old she was a veteran of television, Commercials, Childrens’ Theater and Print work.
Her theatrical experience came at the height of The Civic Theater and the Village Players where she did LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS, GREASE, FLOWERS FOR ALGERNON, IT’S A WONDERFUL LIFE, BYE-BYE BIRDIE, CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY, and GUYS AND DOLLS, to name a few shows which she did with distinction. Shay loved to perform and sing and was soon hooked as an entertainer. Today, Shay is preparing for a professional career in Country Music. She loves Carrie Underwood and Jennifer Nettles, Rascal Flats, Kelly Clarkson, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. She hopes to follow in their steps, with the help of her Producers, Billy Chapin and Matt McKeown. |
